CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your trip after confirming and making the payment for your booking, you must consider the following conditions:
– Cancellation 30 or more days before the trip: we refund 80% of the trip cost.
– Cancellation 10-29 days before the trip: we refund 50% of the trip cost.
– Cancellation within 9 days: non-refundable.
10% deposit is non-refundable!
Booked a 2 day ger stay and had a horse ride in Hustai National Park with a family. Pick up from where I was staying was extremely prompt. Beautiful tour... read more of the countryside, and the guide was excellent and very friendly. The coordinator, Nyamka, answered all of my questions leading up to the tour. The food during the stay was good and the host family was very kind.
I would definitely recommend a ger stay with the company to my friends and others in my network.

The trip from U.B. to the Gobi and the Center up to lake Chuskul was very nicely organized by Nyamka. His English is very good. The Driver was absolutely professional... read more and took very good care of me during the whole trip. He showed me all the fascinating places of the landscape and the most interesting wildlife of Mongolia. It was an amazing experience!
I can absolutely recommend this trip and this travel agency. Next time we will book again...
